Due that some people with PD Nov, Dic 2013, and Jan 2014 have completed their cases, I think is good share any new with everyone.

Family-Based, Second Preference A (FB2A)

The sole family-based prediction offered was for the FB2A category, which is for spouses and (unmarried, minor) children of lawful permanent residents. Mr. Oppenheim noted that the FB2A worldwide cutoff date is expected to continue to advance slowly. It has been advancing a little faster, to maximize number use during the first three quarters of the fiscal year. There may be a slight slow-down as we move into the final quarter.

Conclusion

Even when the DOS and Mr. Oppenheim bring bad news, the information and predictions provided are still appreciated. So, even thought the movement continues slow, I think in the end of this FY, It will close with all 2013 applicants. I keep faith in my mind.

you´ve reason, but they are entering the last quarter of this FY, maybe will there slow movement but advancing with all 2013 filers.

Well, to complete all the 2013 filers the cut off date should advance 1 month for each month until the end of the fiscal quarter - the same speed it has been advancing in the past 5-6 months.

If now it is supposed to slow down...I would imagine that it will take 1-2-3 more months to complete the 2013 filers. At this point, let's hope they will be completed by the end of the calendar year.

Not exactly. What I meant is that it may take 1-2-3 more months more than expected to have all the 2013 filers completed. So instead of having them completed by September 2015, it may be by December 2015.

Try understand the NVC process with our category, they take more care reviewing case per case, ASAP you can get yours.

Guys I sent my documents...Both AOS and IV documents in one package addressed to:

I later saw that I'm supposed to address it to

The only difference is the Attn. CMR and Attn. DR.

Does it really matter?
