Many of today's reports show that when pea gravel that strikes the windshield of an Amtrak locomotive it causes the Engineer (or 'driver' to the government educated) to continue to hold the dead man switch with a dead man's grip and magically increase the speed of the locomotive to twice the posted speed. Additionally, the pea gravel causes spontaneous overcharges for food, salaries, hamburgers and drinks on board the locomotive, and creates progressive insistence that pumping more money into the already over-funded 19th century train technology to be the flavor of the week. It's amazing what a little piece of pea gravel can do to the liberal press.

Either way, agreed. None of these cause Mr. Engineer to conduct his train like he's playing a video game.
