And the chess match continues...just spent about half an hour on the phone with a Tier 2 officer. I don't even have an appointment scheduled yet (why does it seem like someone at CSC just decided to skip the last 10 days of May altogether?) - so all I can do is keep waiting. Is there any hope that they could see the fingerprints I'm having done on Friday (for an I-131) and deem them as current for ROC, thus eliminating the need for a new appointment?

God..so frustrating. As i mentioned before, i called a week or so ago and spoke to an agent who was going top open a service check, but she said they were having technical problems and i needed to call back the next day. Well, i finally just called back and this time the agent wouldn't talk to me without my wife's permission. She said my wife is the applicant even though we are married and jointly filed the i-751. The previous lady didn't make a big deal about it at all and this lady wouldn't even speak to me. Just so frustrating.

I'm with you...it seems like they took the stack of i-751 apps from somebody's desk and put them in the wrong place or something.

VSC did that for our original K1 visa. They skipped the entire middle of March and moved on through June before getting back to ours. I really hope this is resolved for you quickly! I'm sure it will. Just keep bugging the heck out of them.

Hi all, am a bit late joining but here I am. I am also one of the dreaded late May filers at CSC... yet to hear anything back.

Oh well, I look forward to filing N-400 in May 2016 when I am still waiting for my biometrics!

We are still waiting too and I agree! It seems odd that no one at CSC who submitted between 5/19 and 5/29 has gotten an appointment. I think the stack of files got misplaced....

i'm worried here I have a friend who also lives in Guam and submitted her ROC last June13 lucky for her he got his biometrics appointment and it is scheduled this friday! What happened to May filers then? if they already get to send appointment letters to June filers?

03/14/2013 - AOS Package sent

03/19/2013 - I-485 and I-131 NOA's

03/26/2013 - I-765 Rejection Notice (signature missing)

03/30/2013 - I-765 sent

04/02/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for AOS - Appointment 04/26/2013

04/16/2013 - I-765 NOA

04/17/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for I-765 - Appointment 05/10/2013

04/26/2013 - Biometrics done in Hagatna, Guam

05/15/2013 - Got letter in the mail we have out interview date!

06/15/2013 - AOS Interview

06/7/2013 - Got my Advance Parole in the mail

06/17/2013 - GC approved!

06/26/2013 - Received GC in the mai!

ROC Timeline:

5/21/2015 - ROC packet sent

5/26/2015 - Extension Letter

8/4/2015 - Biometrics Appointment Letter received in the Mail (8/14)

i'm worried here I have a friend who also lives in Guam and submitted her ROC last June13 lucky for her he got his biometrics appointment and it is scheduled this friday! What happened to May filers then? if they already get to send appointment letters to June filers?

As has been mentioned earlier, looks like they either lost or misplaced the pile of I-751 apps from 5/19 - 5/29!!!

Oh well, I guess they'll have to find it when we apply for N-400 in may 2016, which will force them to locate our files!

At least we're still here legally... (for 1 more year)...

You're legally here until they deny your ROC. You'd simply go get an I-551 stamp if they hadn't made a decision yet.

My wife called on her lunch break today and they did open a service check. Said we would here back within 15-30 days. I know one agent told someone here they wouldn't open a service check until after 90 days from NOA receipt. We are at around 50 days and they opened one. Just wanted to pass that along.

After trying in vain to get a service request open for the past two weeks (somehow there were always system issues) I finally got one open today (I'm on day 56 after filing, no biometrics notice yet). Same thing - CSC should contact me within 15 days but I need to allow up to 30. Hopefully someone smart enough will see a pattern here and get it together for us at the last 10 days of May that are still waiting. Anyone on that timeframe, please let the rest of us know when you get a notice!

Not sure if you want to add on to my line - (got I-551 stamp for adult IR2 06/09/15).

As the kiddo lives in a different city and state and is employed, we wanted her to have proof of her 1 year extension.

I sure hope you guys get everything settled and start getting your biometric appointments!
