Read the guide that can be found on here, it's under Steps 6 and 7. All the info you need.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process#Step_5_-_Submit_DS-260

Basically, you send AOS and IV packages together in 1 folder after IV fee is paid. You only need to send copies of the documents. The originals should be with your spouse so she can bring it to the interview.

Also you can send the AOS and IV documents after paying the AOS fee. You do not have to wait for the IV fee to be paid before sending them if you have it ready.

Remember photocopies for everything except items that require an original signature (like the I-864)

While the guides are correct these are the steps to take to save time at nvc

1 get case and invoice number

2 fill out ds-261 and pay AOS fees

3 send in Iv and aos packet include a bar code coversheet either the one from the welcome letter or the one from the aos payment center

4 call the nvc to have them review the ds-261 over the phone if they have not done it yet. Keep calling till they do as the iv fee will not be unlock untill the nvc reviews the ds-261

5 pay iv fee

6 fill in ds-260

7 wait fot case complete should not be much longer

After your case is complete. The nvc will schedule interview. You will need to schedule the medical

You will receive an interview letter stating what documents are needed for interview. You can also bring more evidence such as pictures chat logs or anything else you think might help your case just do not go crazy and bring tons of stuff to interview

I hope this helps and good luck

For the Aos packet the petitioner will need I-1864 form and tax transcript for latest year 2014 will be required now also if sending in transcript no copy of w-2 is require. If sending in copy of the tax return form a copy of w-2 is also require.

Iv packet is for the beneficuary these documents are needed for philippines

Copy of nso birth certificate

Copy of nbi clearance and police clearance from other countries if having live in other countries before

Copy of nso marriage certificate
