Hi all,

I have a quick question on the waiting time after AOS and IV forms have been received by the NVC.

I have read that it could be UP TO 60 days to review, many people saying it was a lot shorter than that.

Today we recieved the e mail of receipt of the forms and they state they will take AT LEAST 60 days due to the increased volume of cases being sent to them by the USCIS.

So to the question, Is this, (by experience) correct or could it still take less than the 60 days originally stated?

Thanks in advance

It is actually taken a lot less then 60 days right now

you might look at this topic a person created a spread sheet for time from scan date to cc

if you look at the spreadsheet you will see people are getting their case approve in a lot less time then 60 days. my case was approved in 38 days after sending in the Aos and IV packets

Your document review should take less than 35 days and more likely in the 21-27 day range.
