NOA 2 Expiration Fast Approaching

Our NOA2 "Expires" on 5/22/2015, we are currently waiting for our interview date from the Riyadh Embassy.

Does anyone know what happens should we not get an interview date before the 5/22/15 expiration? Does our case/application automatically extend/renew?? who do i need to contact? etc..

please help, this is for a Philippines beneficiary currently in Riyadh, KSA

just trying to prepare myself ahead of time should the worst case scenario happen where we still do not have an interview date and the expiration date arrives

My fiance's interview was right at expiration date of NOA2 then he had a lenghty AP, nothing was ever mentioned about expiration and I never did anything. Everything went fine.

The embassy automatically extends it as long as they know you are actively pursuing the visa. This all happens internally so you don't receive any notification.

You paid the visa fee right? Then relax, the embassy already knows you are waiting to interview.

And I understand being impatient about getting that interview date. We waited 3 weeks to get an interview date for my wife's visa interview as there were literally no dates open and as soon as any opened up they were gone within seconds.

My NOA2 expired on January 19th, I had my interview on April 9th and everything was fine! They just asked for a new letter of intent to marry from my fiancé and myself with an updated date and signature

My petition didn't reach the NVC until AFTER my NOA2 expiration date, and I didn't have any problems. NVC nor the embassy in Jakarta said anything about it to us, and our NOA2 was extended 4 months (by who, I have no idea). The worst case scenerio is the embassy would request a new letter of intent, but it seems London is the only embassy that has that requirement now...
