My case was cc since May 22nd ,I called everyday and they were keep saying is not scheduled yet and last week one CSR told me they finished to schedule for the month of June I have to wait for the month of July,probably they will schedule my interview in August.Still no IL. I saw people with same country as me get cc on May 27th get IL and me im still waiting that's is unfair :ranting:

Hey i can understand your frustration as same happened to me. Then i found out through the visa forums that they usually start scheduling after the 27th of the month through out the first week of the following month. Then i stopped calling and waited for 27th. Called them 27 to 29 with the answer of no dates yet. Didnt call 30 which was a friday. Called monday and found out my date was scheduled on 30 th for June 17th. So keep your hopes high and all the best!!!

Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

Hi guys! Have been away for a while, trying to find a joint sponsor. Found now :)) was wondering how long will they take to approveafter the embassy recieves the documents? My husband already finished interview and the requested for joint sponsor. Has anybody been through this in nepal embassy?

Hi, I paid my IV Fee on 5th June, and And It showed 'Paid' Status on 7th June. Then I submitted DS 260. Status got changed 'Completed'


But Today I see that, IV Fee payment status is 'Pay Now'. And it's open to pay $325.00 again. And DS 260 section is N/A.



Can you tell what's going on.

Feb 21, 2014 - NOA1 hard copy received



Jul 10, 2014 - NOA 2 e-mail, I-130 APPROVED (CASE Number)



Apr 28, 2015 - AOS Fee pay


May 2, 2015 - Paid and Got DS 261 access


June 9, 2015 - IV Fee Paid & DS 260 activated


June 10, 2015 - DS 260 submitted



July 6, 2015 - Case Complete



September 21, 2015 - Interview Scheduled

Hi does everybody got their passport back?

F2A

Priority date: aug 30, 2013

Interview date: may 21, 2015

My husband and son was interviewed already and the console said it was approved but until now June 15, 2015 haven't received the passport yet.. We already bought ticket for june 30 assuming we can received the visa in two weeks but still we haven't receive anything :(

hey did you receive your visa or not ...did you contact your Embassy

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

The status on ceac has been updated twice after the submission of the papers. but dont exactly know if the papers are with the counselor...... Once again, i am very happy for you and you have always been very thoughtful and kind to my queries. Really appreciated!
