Wow, I just received an email and text notification saying they are sending an RFE!! Obviously not as good as an NOA2, but I'm shocked and happy that some progress has actually been made on my petition. :clock:

Yeah, we are still waiting for what I am sure will be an RFE as we only sent 1 Letter of Intent. But I was thinking that exact same thing...... at least it is something and average turn around from RFE to NOA2 seems to be about 2 weeks. Best of Luck.

January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 17, 2015 Filed I-129F

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

July 21, 2015 Case "Ready" at Bogota CEAC.

July 31, 2015 Packet 3 Received

Aug 14-21, 2015 4th and final trip to Colombia (at least for a year or so) to be there for interview !!!!

August 19, 2015 Interview, Approved conditionally

October 23, 2015 Stuck in Admin Processing

November 16, 2015 Status changed to READY

November 19, 2015 Status changed to ISSUED :dancing:

November 26, 2015 Arrival in US ........ Truly a THANKSGIVING !!

December 31, 2015 New Year's Eve Wedding (L)(L)(L)(L)

January 11, 2016 Filed AOS I-485 and EAD.

September 19, 2016 Interview for I-485 APPROVED !!!!!!!!

Well same as mine.. NOA1 April 16, 2015 . last updated april 23, 2015

My fiance called them and he has been told that the case will be there for 120 days! They even tried to look in the system too with our details. i cant believe it! i better to stop calling them as all they have to tell u is all negative.

Also last updated 4/23. Has never changed.

For those people who received their NOA2, congrats! :dancing: Also I got the NOA2 hard copy exactly a week after receiving the text...if you want a rough estimate on when to expect the hard copy.

July 2013 - Met in Budapest

July 2014 - Got engaged

K1 Visa - 2015

April 10, sent in I129f

April 15, NOA1

May 27, NOA2

Approved!

August 5th , POE NYC

September 4th, Married! :dancing:

AOS - 2015/2016

October 6th, filed AOS!

January 2nd, EAD and AP Approved!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got and email and text.. case APPROVED!

i am so happy! after 50 days of waiting i got my NOA2..

I just lurk these forums mainly, but I thought I'd let people know that I had an NOA1 date of 4/24 with a Last Updated Date of 4/29 and I received my NOA2 last night around 2am. I didn't receive a text or email even though I requested it.

yea their system is kinda weird. I requested Text and Email and got two e-mails instead. LOL

NOA2 Hard copy received today in the mail. I received my NOA2 email on Tuesday no text. The next stage is frustrating as well since there is no way that I know of to check the status until the new case number is assigned by the NVC .. I will be so glad when this over ...

We received our rfe today...my fiancee forgot to cross NO in section 5 were it asked for criminal convictions (3Qs) ... do we need to answer it on the sheet they gave us or fill out the form again and send them the entie form i129f back?!
