Is AOS fees $1060? i paid $1070, can someone pls tell me d actual fee maybe USCIS is owing me $10 lol

The right fees are;

I485- $1070

I130-$420

they'll probably reject your application if you dont have those exact amount on your checks.

Sorry..it was $1070 for all fees if filed all at once ..I didn't have to do a I130

$1070 is the correct fee. Keep on following up for your Biometrics.

I am on Day 71, four more days and I am calling them again.. Lol :)

On Tuesday I called the USCIS to inquiry about my case and to let them know about the approaching regulatory time frame of my EAD. Today I received an email from them saying I will receive a decision or a notice of other action shortly. So who knows how long is their "shortly"... They received my EAD application on March 31st and nothing has changed ever since.

Now I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it will be approved soon. In the meantime I am sending out job applications and also hoping for a good outcome.

Good luck to all of us!

I am going to start my first job on Monday. So I am flying to Michigan on Saturday. My hubby and son will just follow after a month. This will be interesting as to how I will go to work without drivers license and the worst is... don't know how to drive. haha.

Just moved to Michigan myself. And the roads. Get ready for the u-turns. There are no lefts here lol yep it's a lil wierd
