I'm Algeria I Have been married Over 2 years Now My wife she is an american Pluse we have a daugther Togther soon Inshallah she would be 2 years Old we have allready submit an I130 But we haven't had approved Yet so My daugther Her Birthday soon so My question Please if i do apply for Visa to vist Just to be at my daugther Birthday is that i can get an issue visa dose any one could give me more infromation please Thank you so very much

You can certainly apply, a d that would be the only way to find out. No negativity for your immigration petition, just the fee.

Keep in mind you have to prove strong ties to Algeria - to show you have a reason to return. Once you file an I-130 it is tougher because now your wife and child are there in the US, you have shown you want to migrate, etc. So you will need some pretty strong evidence you will return. Algeria does not hand out visitor visas lightly.
