Finally the case is complete :D I called them tonight and she said your case completed as today :D couldn't believe it

12/03/13 : NOA1 (Priority Date)
05/29/15 : NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) Electronic confirmation
06/04/15 : NOA2 Hard Copy received in mail

NVC -Stage:

06/25/15 : NVC Received Case (Phone call)
06/26/15 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)
xx/xx/xx : NVC Welcome Letter ( still waiting LOL )
07/07/15 : DS-261 completed
07/07/15 : AOS Available to pay (PAID)
07/09/15 : Welcome letter received :)
08/**/15 : IV Paid
**/**/15 : ds 206 Completed
08/27/15 : AOS and IV packages sent

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

Did nvc tell you if they were going to email you or mail you confirmation? We have the same scan date but I haven't heard anything from nvc yet. Also can you please let us know if on ceac portal do you see the 3 magical N/A now?

Hi, yes they told me that they gonna notify me soon ( probably in a week ) email or mail, but I didn't see any changes in the portal though

You didn't receive scan date email .. that your documents arrive in nvc

Nope, waited 20 days and then I called, they told me your case is completed

I also tried visa status check but if i click SUBMIT then nothing happens, why?

did you call? any update on your case?

Ok since some people say when the CC happens, there will be N/A on the FEE as well and you might not access CEAC for sometimes.

anyway to my bad luck today is red day in USA, I need to call tomorrow and find out which slow supervisor has my case.
