Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

mine was competed a month ago i called them too and the lady told me the same thing working on march but people with priority date on MAY already got the interview date so i am going to try everyday.

Congratulations to all who confirmed with the IL I wish you all good luck for your interview!!!

I am still stuck at this stupid supervisor review :( my Documents and DS-260 were submitted to NVC long back and its already completed 70 days and there is no progress at all what a stupid process is this so frustrated :crying::crying::crying:

God should open their eyes and make them think about the people who is suffering in this process.
