A friend of mine just got an inquiry from NVC requesting then to send another completed form I-864 but on the bottom of the paper there was a statement about how to obtain Nigerian Police Certificate. But the inquiry did not directly ask for a Police report. Do they need to send one? please take a look at the attached file and advice. Thank you

Can you please take a screenshot and post that with information redacted. Some people who may be able to help you likely will not want to download a file to see the information. Thanks! ;)

That letter is stating that you did not include page 9 of 9 with your I-864 application.

This page relates to information of any individuals or businesses which prepared your I-864 application.

Even if no one else completed the application you are still required to include this page.

You will need to submit a new I-864 and provide all pages as requested.

I added a screen the screen shot

You only respond to what was checked and that's the I-864. Like The Captain said they forgot a page. Everything has to be sent in. People forget that last page alot.
