Well they seem to have slowed down processing to a crawl, in the last week they've processed one days worth of applications (though this is likely due to people taking time off to maximize the bank holiday weekend), I was expecting to get our NOA2 either this week or the next but it looks like it'll be longer now.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's noticed this. February filers seem to have had their applications processed generally quicker than March's have been. I was figuring it was due to holidays and such, but they seemed to have no problem over Christmas. Sigh...

I am going crazy waiting on this LND number. I e-mailed the embassy last week via the contact form, and I just heard back from them today claiming it appears USCIS still has our application as pending. I don't understand this because we got the approval letter in the mail 3 weeks ago. I've been looking at timelines for applications submitted around the same time as mine (early March 2015) and people have gotten their LND's within a week or two of getting their approval (NOA2) letter.

I'm thinking it's just due to the bank holiday, but there's another at the end of this month so I'm like UGH no!! Just...make progress!!

Consider you have your NOA2 I would imagine pending simply means it is yet to be assigned a LND number. Although I can imagine how you feel, but at least you're at the point where you are expecting an LND number, I'm unfortunately still waiting for my NOA2. Currently sitting at 48 days with an original estimate of 30-45 days, and their last update putting them over a week away from our application.

I know, I was thinking about you the last time I went and had a look there. It's just pitiful, really. They used to post relatively detailed updates, and now it's just nothing. It'd go by so much easier if they gave more information. Do you follow their twitter? They do post regular updates and respond to people...https://twitter.com/USAinUKCGCorner

I-130 petition submitted Feb 13th 2015.

Interview was today 6:30am May 13th 2015

Checked all paperwork and questioned income because I have VA Pension and do not pay income taxes. They just asked me to write out that I did not file taxes in 2014. Finished interview with approval and we left before 8:30am on the way home. Plane tickets and here we come USA. :) :) hooraaa

Hubs had immunizations done back in April so we're good to go :) Also, since he is disabled, we have letters from his doctors to take to the medical as well.

Looking forward to a smooth trip for the medical. If anyone reading this is actually planning on driving to the medical, this is the nearest parking garage/car park to the office (London Welbeck Street as of this posting (May 17 2015)) you can prepay and book a spot for the day. It's only about a block's walk away so surprisingly convenient. They did mention that they only do visa medicals at the Bentinck Mansions location. Also, if anyone doing this has a disabled intending immigrant, Knightsbridge did say they have a portable ramp available and are willing to assist. One last thing, they are now asking for 4 passport photos and the fee has increased to £250.

Did you ever get your approval? Been wondering about you!

Did you ever get your approval? Been wondering about you!

No approval got an RFE end of last week instead, asking for both our fathers birth certificates (which neither of us have and both have passed away) so going to contact them to see if we can send passport/driving licence copies instead.

Married to my amazing wife in August 2012

Lived in UK for two years on a spouse visa then decided due to varying factors to try make a go of it in the USA.

I'm glad to see the medical went well, and yes I will keep you updated.

My wife email uscis and they replied stating that we should send what we have so we'll have to wait and see how that goes.

One slight confusion though..... do I have to send another self addressed envelope with the evidence I submit??
