The source of the problem are those that hire and contract with them.

I agree 100%.

There are just too many illegal aliens running business in the USA and a lot of them contract directly with the individual or the homeowners. I think Oklahoma put some pretty strict laws on the book about hiring or even transporting illegal aliens. This was good for Oklahoma but the issue is more illegals came to Texas from Oklahoma.

I go into a Home Depot I see Illegal Julio buying material and then using Re-sales certificate and not paying taxes on the items he purchased, and then building a patio cover and or deck a concrete patio, Charge homeowner about $5,000 to $8,000 for project like this.

I live north of Dallas and the area is booming with new house construction, You walk upon a house being built and I am lucky to see 1 out of 20 workers that is legal her......

Why does the name got to be Julio? Why it isn't Viktor or Hyenseo?

You do realize Texas used to be part of Mexico and that Julie could be a fourth of fifth generation American.... He may be looking at you thinking you're just another illegal in his homeland.

You do realize that Mexico was never a US state or Territory so he would have no claims as a US Citizen.

You do realize that General Santa Anna the Prez of Mexico basically gave Texas to Sam Houston after the Battle of San Jacinto in 1836

And yet, Julio, as a 4th gen American, might be looking at you thinking you're the illegal immigrant standing in line behind him and taking away his job...

My uncle, a professor emeritus of pharmacology, was mistaken more than several times in his life for being an eye-legal simply for walking around and being brown in Oklahoma and told to go back to where he came from (Texas!). Our family has been in this country -- and legally at that -- for over 100 years. A green card was demanded of me by a government official, and when I replied (in my cut-glass, prep school accent, no less) that I did not have one, and did not need one because I was born in Connecticut and LOOK HERE'S MY US PASSPORT AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE, that I had to have a green card or I couldn't obtain the services I sought.

If you think you can "tell" who is here legally and who is not merely by the cut of their tatty, enchilada-stinkin' jib, you're sorely mistaken.

And as part of that deal all people with Spanish family names were deemed illegals if they did not return to Mexico?

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.
