It should have been sent from USCIS to the NVC by now. You should call them and request your case number and invoice ID. If they haven't received it, you can call USCIS and ask when it was shipped to the NVC.

Yes thats normal because you have to contact the NVC if you want to be proactive on your case.

calling is best and if it says "because of amount of people call back later" keep dialing time after time until you get a ring and then it picks up, frustrating but its the only way to get through

My I-130 had been approved on 28 jan 2015 and its almost 2 months now we haven't receive any thing from NVC.

Is this a normal time or have to do something?

you should do something:

1. get on a pc with internet access, revisit your topic here and then,

2. click the link below... read it, study it, it's your new bible for the next 4 months.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
