Yes you can do it in the airport if you carry cash. If they are in your bank account. You can just bring your atm card and withdraw them in the US with extra service charge.

im gonna travel to the us soon and i want to know how i can convert my money to dollars, can i do it inthe airport? or at any bank i want?

Shop around for the best exchange rates.....the airport will probably not be the best.

Suggest that you do your money exchange at the financial institution of your choice, exchange through proper legal channels. But avoid someone on the street. It could ruin your day if you were to buy counterfeit US dollars from a street vendor, only to arrive in the US, attempt to spend it, and encountering the US Secret Service.

Take your passport with the visa in it and go to the bank in Tunisia or you can do it at the airport in Tunisia before you go through passport control. You will not be able to exchange the Tunisian dinar outside of Tunisia.
