I am having really bad allergy..chest congestion, but I cannot move out current house as we are staying with my in Laws...my doc has suggested me to move to a different environment for awhile to clear it up, so I want to go home to stay awhile until I feel better.

Same reason for AP I-131..

Expedite over bad allergies and chest congestion???

I have a hunch such reason has very low approval probability.

Even if that is acceptable as a reason for AP, it is not certainly for I-485. I didnt apply for AP, and when I changed my mind because i wanted to go on a business trip with my husband abroad, I called UCIS and asked about conditions for expedite AP, and the woman gave me a list of reasons when something like that is possible.

so they did expedite your AP? How many days did you receive status on expedition and how long did you receive AP since you later filed it? Thanks much!!

No, they didnt, because business trip is not one of the ten reasons listed, expect for military business, which is not my case. Just apply for it, and you will get it approved quickly, it takes same time like EAD.

Yes, AP filing date. But it doesnt mean that you will wait 90 days, maybe you' ll get it faster, I got EAD in 64 days, hope I ll get AP in that time too . We did mistake in a first place, we should have filed AP with EAD and AOS :/
