Hi Guys,

My fiancees interview is on June 2 (Good luck to us) . I just have a question on one of the income needed on the I-134 which is the value of the home. I have a condo which is worth $300+K now. I still have a mortgage of $125K. My income is above $50K per year. Do I have to add my condo in the list? If I didn't declare that and they found out that I own a house, is that going to be a problem? I'm just worried if I still have to declare my house value and mortgage in there or not?

Please clear my mind.

Thank you

Yes it does seem like there is progress. They have started on December cases now and I read that there arent many cases sent in that month too so won't be long until work is started on the 2015 cases hopefully!

AOS from K1:

02/01/2016 - AOS, EAD filed

02/25/2016 - AOS and EAD NOA1 (received 02/08/2016)

02/29/2016 - NOA1 hard copies

03/14/2016 - Biometrics

03/31/2016 - RFIE for AOS

04/06/2016 - RFIE received

04/11/2016 - RFIE evidence sent

04/14/2016 - Updated to say evidence received

05/17/2016 - EAD/AP approved

06/13/2016 - EAD combo received

06/16/2016 - Green Card Approved (no interview)

06/25/2016 - Green Card received

YES, things are definitely moving at TSC FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! check out Igor's List: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2there were 15 approvals yesterday and and about 7 approvals per day for the last few days.

Yes it does seem like there is progress. They have started on December cases now and I read that there arent many cases sent in that month too so won't be long until work is started on the 2015 cases hopefully!

Well as you can notice I keep track of progress on Igor's list religiously :D so according to my analysis biggest months were September and October with more than 200 applications. On the other hand, numbers decrease after November to 160 in average. (which could be good news for us... I hope) Of course I understand Igor's list only represents a small part of the entire amount of applications but it makes a good sample or at least helps me keep my sanity making me feel I can keep track on things :bonk:

Kana Anz;

I track them too and I agree provided the rate does not slow down in TSC processing (which it hasn't). My rate is about 161 VJ applications per month.

If VJ Data is representative of the population (which it should be close) the number of applications are as follows with approval rate; I take out "grey people" from my VJ data since I assume they are not providing data and have quit:

Jul 14: 236 - 85% approved (which means finished since roughly 15% of the applications are rejected which makes 85% approval the finish line for a month)

Aug 14: 214 - 85%

Sep 14: 264 - 80%

Oct 14: 232 - 64%

Nov 14: 188 - 45%

Dec 14: 185 - 38%

Jan 15: 170 - 19%

Feb 15: 166 - 25%

Mar 15: 134 - 15% The data for this month is tracking nicely since about 6 days of applications were sent to CSC so the population should be 20% lower

Apr 15: 32 - 0% In theory there should be no applications since they all should be at CSC

I agree with you the applications drop off after October by 30%, therefore we should start seeing Igor's date drop from the 210+ days to ??? I am a March 5 NOA1 and I predicted August 11 for me. I am sticking to that estimation I made 2 months ago from the data I had then. I think I will be a lot closer than the Oct 1 date the current Igor model is predicting for me.

Thank you

Your W2 and pay stubs are sufficient. As long as your income is over poverty level guidelines, you are OK.

They don't care about your debt, your mortgage, etc. You're not qualifying for a loan.

i just called nvc to ask some stuff about my case.. they transfered me to another office guy ask me if my case is in ready condition in embassy.. i said i dont know i just wanna update email guy transfered me back to original call...

okay so this is this 1099 or what its called right

No.

1099 is other income, usually for independent contractors or business owners that have income from other sources that is not yet having witholding taxes deducted from it. At end of year at filing time, one must file a Schedule C on their tax return and include this income

Your fiance' is military and gets a W2. He has his witholding taxes already deducted from it.

In short, two different forms for declaring income for two different sources. Generally, those who are employed by someone get a W2 and self employed get 1099.
