Your shouldn't be nervous if your marriage is real ! As long as you have the documents in the letter you should be good! Reminder that the officer can denied your case he can only request more evidence

Your worry is quite understandable. Just relax! You need all the self assurance you can give yourself from now till u are approved of GC. Last time I spoke to Level 2 Agent and he Expedide my Case. After that I reviewed a letter telling me, that they process now October 2014

Call again you will speak to a different level 2 agent ! Some of them are really helpful! Just call again and ask that you want to know when are you getting your interview schedule or you want an idea

You should be fine, my husband was overstayed by 12 years and we passed the interview. As long as your relationship is real, and you have all the evidence it should be a breeze. The over stay wasn't even brought up!

This doesn't work nor is it true you will get an interview when sending the from off. I got an email back saying I should get an interview in around 5 more months!!!!

Got this today. Total BS that they say it could take another 5 months when most people have had their interviews or are getting them.

The Ombudsman’s Office has determined that USCIS recently issued a decision regarding the application or petition referenced in your request for assistance your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. USCIS records reflect that your Form I-485 was received at the USCIS Lockbox on March 17, 2015. USCIS records show that the Dallas Field Office placed your file in queue for an in-person interview on April 17, 2015. The Dallas Field Office indicated that the processing time at their office for Form I-485 applicants is approximately eleven months. Therefore, you will have your in-person interview scheduled in approximately five months. Once the Dallas Field Office has a date scheduled, you will receive a notice with the date, time, and location of your interview. The interview notice will include a list of documents which are necessary for the adjudication of your case. Once the Dallas Field Office has interviewed you and determined that there are no outstanding issues, you will receive a decision on your Form I-485.

My case is so boring. No words left for NYC office
