Good morning everyone !

I'm currently in the process of gathering all the documents for the AOS and EAD, however I have the opportunity to work online. I would give my infos from overseas, however, by next January when filling for my taxes in the US, I will have to fill a form to inform the IRS of my foreign income. My question is : Am I allowed to work online even if my revenue is not in the US or linked to my US address?

I just want to be sure of what I can and cannot do. I know that I cannot work in the US, therefore I wanted to know if while being in the US I can work online in Europe.

There is not a definitive answer, from a practical perspective no downside.

Yes you can. As long as you're employed in a foreign country, with a foreign contract and not being paid in the US you can work. Your EAD authorizes you to seek employment in the US. You don't need it if you have a foreign contract, with a foreign salary. You;ll need to include that income in your taxes.

My question is : Am I allowed to work online even if my revenue is not in the US or linked to my US address?
