Just bring corrected forms to the interview.

Complete the DS-160 with your correct name, and of course all documents required for the interview. Don't stress about the oops with the I-129F Petition, not a deal breaker.

You received the letter from the embassy? Impressive. Very few ever get that letter, how long ago did you receive your MNL # ?

Jump over to the Philippines forum for assistance with the visa process in Manila.

Ok. will just bring corrected forms maybe. And will a notarized of error acknowledgement from fiance be helpful?

Not needed.

@hank. Fiance send the package to USCIS mid November 2014. We received NOA1 on Dec 2. And our case was approved dec22. I received the interview letter from embassy February 20, but my fiance called NVC mid January and gave him my Case Number. Its pretty much fast actually. Here in philippines beneficiaries can schedule interview even without the letter as long as she/he already have the case number.

Thanks for info BTW :) I feel better now.

@ke&abdi, my interview will be on 1week of April, I'll update this forum once done for you and others who will encounter the same issue in the future.

Either you have error on your papers or none, I-134 is one of the standard requirement for interview. Better get one. But sure like I said will update this after my interview :)
