Filing form i-130, list of documents, is this enough?

Hi, i just became a naturalized citizen and now im filing a petition for my wife and child separately, here are my list:

Form g325a for me and wife, signed and dated, with pictures of each

Form i-130 for wife and child

Copy of marriage certificate

Copy of my childs birth certificate

Copy of naturalization certificate

2 checks ($420 each)

Copy of pictures of wedding and gf/bf old photos

Copy of greeting cards addressed from her to me here in US

Is this enough for them to accept my application?

You need a copy of your unexpired US passport and 2in x 2in passport photos of you and your spouse.

We have passport pictures already, I I have the naturalization certificate to prove my us citizenship.

You need a copy of your unexpired US passport

Incorrect, the OP is submitting a copy of their Naturalization Certificate which satisfies requirements.

To answer your question, you are not required nor expected to have joint accounts, deeds, etc. While pictures, letters, etc are good evidence, your best evidence is evidence of time spent together in person.

You will be submitting two individual petitions. You can send them at the same time in the same package however you need to make sure that each one has its own correct set of documents.

Things such as but not limited to:

• pictures
• passport pages showing entry/exit stamps
• boarding passes
• hotel receipts
• admission receipts to any tourist attractions

That's just a small list, I could go on.
