Hi guys I have a question, I received an email yesterday with my ds-260 invoice but online at payment portal it still showing up as not invoiced? What should I do?

Is it the same with form I864E?

Are I'm to submit the original or photocopy of this form?

If you send them any docs like AOS evidence must be original.

did you send the riginal certified translation?

i have only one original certified translation from my birth certificate and i wanted to keep it for intterview. can i make a copy of that certified translation and send or shoudl i send the original ?

Hi, here are the documents I sent...

Send it in one package

Arranged it orderly base on the Document cover list that NVC will send you

AOS( Financial documents)

NVC Welcome letter

Barcoded Document cover sheet ( you can print it after AOS shows paid)

I 864E(use it if you are the only person that being sponsored make sure not to leave any blanks and triple check it because this is the most common checklist)

Tax transcript 2011-2013

Tax return 2014

W2 2014

Certificate of employment or pay stub

xerox copy of permanent residence card

xerox copy of marriage contract

IV documents or Supporting documents

Barcoded Document Cover sheet( use your AOS Barcoded document cover sheet since you have not yet pay the IV)

Xerox copy of Birth certificate

Xerox copy of marriage contract

Xerox copy of NBI/Police clearance

Xerox copy of Passport Biographic page

hi I sent a xerox copy Emglish Birth certificate...If your Birh Certificate is not in English you need to send a xerox copy of your certified birth certificate English translation.Thats find Xerox copy only because the original copy you must bring it during your interview.

Hi yes that is correct I864EZ it was just a typo error which i type I864E.

hello guys

i would start filling the i-864 but my wife who is sponsoring me she is not working at all and she don't have any income so we are planning to get a joint sponsor from our relative and we r going to fill 2 forms i-864

my quotations

1- as im working out side us can i include my income and proof of it in my wife form i-864 (or just keep all the income and others like tax .. things for our joint sponsor

2- as she is unemployed what we have to fill in our i-864 shall we keep it empty or we can include some of my income in the Fields part 6 and 7

I think you need a sponsor which his or her income be above up poor line. you should not put your own income, it is only the sponsor because it is an agreement between US goverment and sponsor´s beneficiary that you will not become a public charge

Paid AOS fees last week

Guys I just received another email from NYC.. This time it's invoice to pay IV Fees.

But when I logged in ceac.state.gov

IV Fees has not been invoiced.

PD is March 11th.

How long is it going to take for it to reflect online?

I'm scared now...I just saw the last part of May visa bulletin...it says there for Philippines visa avail...family first preference...a continued increase in demand may require a retrogression within the next several months...I hope they would be able to fix it...my hopes are up...after I'm able to access ceac...???
