Form I-131 Supplement

On the supplement to I-131 it says to put date filed for AOS. Since I'm filing EAD/AP together with I-485 do I just put the date I'm gonna mail the package?

Thats part 7 on I-131 Supplement btw...

You do not need a supplement for the I-131. Just the I-131 form with required docs are all you need.

According to the instructions I need the supplement to part 7 to explain how I qualify and description of travel.

On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole."

So on a sample document I found in the guides, it says to put date filed for AOS.

I figure It's ok to use date of mailing, which Im not sure when I'm gonna mail it but maybe I should guess a date?

As I said before, you do not need to provide a supplement sheet to the I-131. No explanation is needed to file AP when filing with AOS.
