YES YOU CAN!!

that was exactly what I did, the day they told me I had a checklist I sent the papers next day with a copy of the first cover sheet, I had no problems, as long as you have a bar code on it, they don't care which one you sent.

Thank you soo much rgarciasantos , I'm going right to post the documents as you said. I'm tired of waiting waiting. NVC will kill us.

Which one is faster and better to send the documents to NVC? USPS EMS? Or FEDEX?

I am just curious that how do you guys track cases on DHL spreadsheet?

Second question: How should expedite my case which is currently at NVC? What's procedure?

Anyone knows what days the NVC mail documents to Embassy? I called NVC and they told me that my case had not been mailed cus they mail packages in groups and it's either once in 2weeks or once a week. I wish I know when approximately the next package will leave NVC or what days they mail packages to the embassy.

is so hard to explain... they have a shipper's reference which is in this format EXP 20 APR 2015A so all the packages sent on that day will be shown, if there are no packages then nothing will show up. if you want to check on today's will be EXP 23 APR 2015A and so on and so on but If they sent something today it will not show up until tomorrow.

Yes, I had taken notice of your info on the spreedsheet and wondered. I though I've been getting the raw end of the deal with my wait periods each time but you beat me at 100 days, that's for sure.

Can I ask another question, how long after you filed your I-130 did your case get sent to the NVC? USCIS had my I-130 in Nov/2013 and I waited almost 9 months to be approved and NVC to assign me a case no.

Congrats on the CC!

I-130/Nov.2013

SD/April 9

Thank you! Don't worry you'll hear from NVC very soon, you're almost there.

But wow 9 months at USCIS? You beat me there! Sorry it took them that long. I only spent 7.5 months at USCIS stage. Now I feel much more humble.

Edit: so to answer your question, I'm a March 2014 filer, and I-130 was approved at the end of October 2014

What does it mean/indicate when you say AP? I'm guessing it means Administrative Processing but wondered exactly what happens if a file is in AP status? Does it indicate something regarding ones petition?

I was told there are several reasons that could cause AP. It could be totally non-related to you. But like Ariani said, it's a mystery.

I'm guessing in my case, there aren't many applicants from the middle east, so the NVC staff is not used to documents from that area, and they have to spend more time.
