Slightly Confused/ marital issues since CR1

He became a LPR when he entered, the stamp in his passport was his temp GC until the card came.

If the worst comes to the worst his new amor can file for him. And there are waivers for most things.

Actually he doesn't need to be married to you and he has a green card. He just needs to prove he entered the marriage in good faith and apply for a divorce waiver to remove the conditions. However, given the circumstances, for him that may be hard to prove.

Thank you for your best wishes and what I meant was he doesn't have the 10yr card, but the 2yr one (CR1) Given that we don't have anything together and he basically left the state 1 1/2 mths after arriving even through it was for work (we both agreed) and he basically hasn't looked back since he's cut off all communicatiom with me and has moved on with his life with another woman. Yup I would say that it'll be a little hard.
