@Ibereal1 Yes, it's been 30 days from my scan date with no CC. I just called NVC and was told my documents have not been reviewed yet, and to give them one more day and then call back and ask for a supervisor if they still have not been reviewed.

Wow 30 at NVC and CC. Hang in there. Soon I hope you will get your cc. I have been there for 22 days today. They told me it will take the full 30 days to review.

Hello Feb filers...... Just a little up date, I finally got my DS-261 review on the phone. I pray that the IV fee and DS-260 become available soon for payment and filing. Have a bless and provocative day/week.

Very cool!!! Now you should gather documents to answer the DS-260 questions here's a link to a sample of the questions that come in the website http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Submit_Visa_Application.html click on the PDF to download or view. It helped me a lot to prepare for it and do it quite fast! Also start gathering the documents to send over to NVC!

Original and photocopy of petitioners long form birth certificate (not an abstract) and applicants birth certificate. Applicants with non-English or non-Spanish birth certificates must submit a notarized translation with the original and a photocopy.

Cool! Welcome to the Feb Forum! You should also join us in the September NVC Filers here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/563949-nvc-filers-september-2015/page-51 We try to post on this forum everything about our cases that are now at NVC. When you get Case Complete date I encourage you to share it in October Interview forum the http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/563956-october-2015-interviews/page-102 so DWheels76 (VJ member) adds you to a spreadsheet that shows everyone's case complete date to interview date so everyone can have an idea of how long it takes to get the interview date from your CC date.

As for the English certifications, I personally did have them done when I sent them to NVC, but they are not required at the Interview. I didn't have anybody translated, I decided to do it myself. Hopefully they don't mind seeing your Police Cert in Spanish. I read you didn't send it in the original package...but sent it shortly after...did you also provide a cover sheet with your Case Number when you sent it? I wish you luck and hopefully you don't get a checklist and get your CC pronto!.... please keep us updated on your NVC journey! :)

Thank you, I'll check out the forums. I did send in the barcode cover sheet with the police certificate.. All this has been very stressful, I just hope it gets done-with-it soon.

So, I've Heard and seen a lot of people talking about that infamous "Affidavit of Support Fee" go from "Paid" to "N/A", which makes a total of Three "N/A"'s. I logged on to the CEAC website just now and saw just that. Could it really be a Case Complete or could it still be that they want/need more information? I'm about to pass out I Think..!!
