I have one question though...

Do we have to submit the I-131 if we know we are not doing any traveling? Or should we do it anyways?

I would recommend submitting it because it is free when submitted along with I-130 and I-485. Otherwise if you do decide to travel, you have to pay their huge filing fee. I don't actually think I will travel but I put in a random date just in case!

I have one question though...

Do we have to submit the I-131 if we know we are not doing any traveling? Or should we do it anyways?

I got mine a few days later. Make sure to ask for a copy as well for your records and in case USCIS suddenly demands a copy!

Perfect thanks! Do you know if the doctors give you the medical papers back right away, or will they be mailing them to us. I was hoping to send out everything on Tuesday after his medical

Jo-joanna, that is awesome! I am getting my MA at SF State :) I have a few friends who work at UCSF though!

Sent package yesterday, should arrive by Monday. Fingers crossed it gets accepted without any immediate issues lol. Good luck everyone.

Wow really! That's a long time... I went for my initial appointment, then follow up 2 days later, and the doc handed me the envelope (and a copy) there and then. I'm glad it was done so quickly, one less thing to worry about..

I am the immigrant btw, wife is too busy with her own paperwork right now to help with the GC so she entrusted it to me. :)
