The actual interview lasted about 2 mins, 4 questions, fiancees name, how did we meet, how many times have we met in person & where does he live :)

I asked him if he wanted any of the additional stuff I'd taken and he said actually you're approved!

Was over before i knew it had started :lol:

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

Haha! This is why walking there from the hotel was less embarrassing haha

I'm having something of a frustrating time. First I get an RFE for my Adjustment of Status application which seemed like a mistake, but I go along with it and send more evidence as asked. This was back in December. Then, after submitting a case inquiry because it's been over 75 days since my NOA1 for both my adjustment and work permit/EAD applications, USCIS write to me telling me that an RFE resets the 90 day processing clock for the EAD?! I was informed this isn't the case, but seems like it is. Annoying but there we are - looks like I could be waiting for another month or two more to be able to work.

Naturalization Timeline

N-400 app submitted/received: August 22, 2020

Biometric reuse notification: October 22, 2020

Interview Scheduled: November 5, 2020

Interview Date: December 7, 2020 - SUCCESS!

Oath Ceremony mistakenly scheduled (then descheduled!): December 8, 2020

Oath Ceremony Scheduled: December 9, 2020

Scheduled Oath Ceremony: January 8, 2021
