How are you feeling after the injection? I still feel awful. I don't know if it's got anything to do with my epilepsy or my medication?

How are you feeling after the injection? I still feel awful. I don't know if it's got anything to do with my epilepsy or my medication?

I know you weren't specifically asking me but my fiancé got his Td at Knightsbridge and he was fine. He also got a Hepatitis B and Flu jab all plus the blood draws that same day so I am really surprised he didn't have any issues!

With TD I always remember my arm getting really sore and stiff, but I don't think I ever had any sort of sick feeling... I hope you feel better soon though!

I've spent most the day trying to chase up my doctors about vaccinations, the receptionist was very rude about it all, she said very aggressively "You WILL have to pay for any vaccinations, we don't even give adults any of these!" Anyway the surgery nurse is ringing me Monday to have a chat. I got a copy of my records I need a Td booster, 2nd MMR jab as only had the first as a child and Flu Jab.

Might know more on Monday, if all else fails I'll go to Boots to get them done if needed.

Some GP's give them, some don't, some charge loads, some don't!

I just got mine done at Knightsbridge, at least I knew they were the right ones

Might cost a bit more, but I was happy knowing they were correct!!

I felt awful about 2 days after the MMR, really lethargic and achy

To be fair the OH said she didn't notice any difference lol

Thank you. I'm sure this normal to feel like this after the jabs. The TD site is still very sore. I usually sleep on my side bit it's still too painful. And I feel very nauseous.

Wow it's shocking that the service varies so much between surgeries, we're all NHS patients!

House drama has resolved and we exchanged contracts today for completion Thursday-Phew!

Me and my boxer boy Oscar have moved down to my mums for the duration and have started the countdown to my interview - 3 days and then it's D Day, the time has just flown!

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey
