I don't even understand how london process stuff! I think they just pick a random box and go for it.

Probably not what you want to hear...but mine has just gone into Administrative Processing. Not sure how long it'll take from here now.

I hope yours gets processed and mailed to you soon! All of the constant waiting around really sucks.

Oh don't worry I'm not like that. I'm very happy for you and glad you're underway! Usually AP just before issued so you should be seeing light soon. Keep us posted

EDIT: I notice you are K-1 whereas I am CR1 which could possibly have something to do with it

Yeah, perhaps K1's are faster to process because we have to do the AOS/EAD stuff in the US? I don't know!

But keeping my fingers crossed for you that you get yours soon! :)

My case creation date changed just now to 6-Jul! How long did y'all wait after that to see "issued"??

It's so close yet so far away!!!

I had my interview on the 1 July and experienced the same changes as you describe: the case creation date changed today and it went to AP.

Hope it will show 'issued' soon!

Yay! I keep checking it like every hour...which is ridiculous because there's no way anything else will happen with it today!

Also the embassy still are saying that admin processing can take 3 weeks...which seems a bit unusual for K1. But who knows. Still hoping i'll have my visa by next week.

You can look at this thread to get an idea of how long it took others between interview date to visa in hand. It doesn't break it down to steps and hour by hour status, but will show you how it went for lots of people.. Go to the last post.

None took 3 weeks. Odds are you will have it this week.

Yay!! So happy for you!

I'm hoping it's a couple of days but i'm not sure. I'm hoping to fly out next Thursday (16th) but I'm waiting until I have my courier notification before I book! After everything that's gone wrong with delays in everything so far, I refuse to book anything until I'm sure I can definitely go that day!
