I had my interview 9th June, finally also saw 'ISSUED' yesterday! Congratulations to everyone! :)
How long does it tend to take to receive the visa once the status changes to this?

Congratulations. You have been waiting much longer than most. From what I've read we should hear from the courier in 2-4 working days

Thanks, I honestly thought they had forgotten about me! I hope so, already had to change my flight because of this!

When we hear from the courier it's usually for delivery/pickup the next day right?

I think that's what I've seen.

I'm feeling SO impatient now though! Hoping by some miraculous thing that the courier email comes in today.

When submitting the Readiness form on Londons website did anyone get any confirmation? I did it on the 21st June but over dodgy internet so I think I'm just freaking out when I shouldn't be and just be patient. But worried that it didn't go through as no interview scheduled yet, confirmed by email from embassy yesterday.

I remember thinking the same thing when I submitted the readiness form online. You don't get any official confirmation (email or letter) that it has actually gone through, only a generic confirmation screen after you've pressed the submit button. I kept wondering if my readiness form really had gone through (I know, usual anxiety/ paranoia that it got lost forever in the black hole of internet space!) I got my interview date 10 days later so obviously it did get through.

I screen printed the confirmation screen that I got after submitting the online readiness form. This is what it looked like:

Hi, how do you check your case, and what number did you call? My fiance had his medical and submitted his DS160 over a week ago, and we're getting anxious to hear from them.

Allow 3-4 working days for your medical results to reach the embassy.

Then start counting from that date and count 14 calendar days.

That is the realistic date when you might expect an interview to already be assigned. You are understandably eager, but probably a tad premature to expect a date yet.

Yeah I know how long we should expect to wait, as they told him during the medical. I was just curious as to how she called and checked so we could do the same after those 14 days. I've also heard of some people nearly missing their interviews from letters getting lost/delayed in the post, and want to make sure that doesn't happen to us and we have another way of finding out just in case it does.

For me I was in contact with them with a change of address so just asked if they had sent it in case it got lost in the redirection, they told me no interview had been assigned yet. I originally went through the contact us form http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html where we send in enquiries if we think something needs fixing or went wrong.

My readiness was submitted on 21st June and medical on the 30th June so like you I'm anxious too but I'm trying to now sit on my hands for at least another two weeks! I've compared my timeline with others too for the UK and I'm definitely still in the line with others and you so like Nich-Nick says, I'm afraid we have nothing to do but sit on our hands being still well with in "processing" time. I don't want to bug them any further as I rather they concentrate on cracking on with the forms!

At least you avoided the TSC nightmare! :)
