I feel like i'm blind. I have the entire i-130 package filled out, peer checked 300-400 times between my wife and I. We have it signed sealed and she asked me "ok where do we send it".

I have no idea. I have been searching for the exact address to send it. I have found 2 different Chicago addresses.

We are filing from Canada, I am the USC, and my wife is the Canuck.

WHERE DO I SEND IT.

I'm trying to play it cool like i know, but the jig is up.

Thanks Guys

Do you live in Canada with her? Are you a resident there? Are you filing DCF?

The USCIS Chicago Lockbox address for filing stand-alone Form I-130 is:

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

Chicago, IL 60680-4107

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-130

131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Petitioners who reside in a country outside of the United States and Canada must file their Form I-130 at the USCIS office overseas or the U.S. Embassy or consulate having jurisdiction over the area where they live. Detailed guidance can be found in updated form instructions at www.uscis.gov/forms.

Since we don't have the US postal service here we were planning on using fed ex.

So that would fall under:

Attn: I-130

131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Thanks

The US postal service address meaning you want the Postal service to deliver. So you would send it just like you would send any other regular mail from Canada you go to your post office (you have them right and mail) if thats the route you wanted) other wise yes you would use the express mail address.
