Hi guys i just caalled NVC last night and they told me for my dec 15th scan date the review might finish up until the end of feb... additional delays were because of holidays and those days they were closed because of the winter storm :(

don't worry they told you that so you won't be calling all the time. I know people that have call in the afternoon and by the next day cc , so just ignore and keep on calling :dancing::dancing:

04/24/2014 : Got Married in Cuba
05/19/2014 : Mailed I-130 application
05/22/2014 : NOA 1
10/28/2014 : Received NOA2
11/03/2014 : Nebraska shipped case NVC

NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC):

11/18/2014 : National Visa Center (NVC) received
12/18/2014 : (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
12/19/2014 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
12/19/2014 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.
12/23/2014 : Mailed AOS package/IV package

12/30/2014 : AOS package/IV package (Scanned)Spoke with Kim

01/16/2015 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.
01/24/2015 : Submitted DS-260 (wait begins...... ) :clock:

03/04/2015 : Case Complete :dancing::dancing::dancing:

03/10/2015 : Interview Date Assign 04/27/2015 @ 11:00 am

03/13/2015: Left NVC

03/23/2015: Embassy received (Status Ready )

Whoa I made the list :P however when I called nvc they said they received my packet on Dec 31st, but on the email it's Dec 29th. I havent called since so not sure which one is the actual scan date.

10/10/2014 - NOA2
10/27/2014 - Case shipped to NVC
11/10/2014 - NVC received case
12/08/2014 - Case number and Invoice ID number assigned
12/13/2014 - AOS and IV invoices generated
12/13/2014 - Paid AOS fee
12/16/2014 - Mailed IV fee, error with NVC payment portal
12/23/2014 - IV fee status PAID. Mailed IV and AOS packet
12/28/2014 - DS260 submitted
12/29/2014 - AOS and IV scan date
03/04/2015 - Case Complete!

02/13/2015: Green Card Was Ordered To Be Produced

02/20/2015: Green Card Has Been Mailed.(Received Tracking Number)

02/23/2015: Green Card Received With Correct Name

N-400 Citizenship Timeline

07/05/2012 = Eligible to apply for Naturalization based on the 5-year rule (90-days rule applied)

01/11/2015 = Sent N-400 Packet (to Phoenix Lockbox Facility via USPS Certified Mail)

01/15/2015 = N-400 Packet Delivered

01/27/2015 = I-912 Approved

02/02/2015 = NOA1 Received (Priority Date 01/15/2015)

02/07/2015 = Biometrics Letter Received (Bio Set for 02/20/2015)

December 11 scan dates, Shinie has said on the other forum that they have got case complete so maybe check yours and see :)

Still no changes with my case at the ceac website. Maybe we'll try to call NVC tomorrow to ask for an update. Thanks for informing us :)

Hi everybody!! I know we are all patiently waiting and these delays and office closures make it even harder to get through the day but stay positive and pray that all will come together soon!! My husband is awaiting an approval from the NVC after submitting checklist documents on December 24! We are really really really hoping for a quick approval and interview date so we can move to the U.S together!! God bless all you awaiting this tedious process :)

Hi. I was wondering how long does it takes to get an interview letter? I have seen 3 NAs last Friday but still haven't received an email from the NVC. Does 3 NA means case complete for sure? My husband was trying to call them but couldn't get through. I appreciate any response. Thank u.

My scan date is Dec4. Im currently on hold waiting for next available rep. Been 35mins on hold now.

any new? my scan date is Dec 4 too.. and still no cc.. called early this morning, waited 45 mins. and got a really rude rep. needless to say he was no help (said i needed to wait. although today is 60 + days) .. asked for a supervisor and didn´t connect me said they were all in a meeting.
