G325a form about to expire

Hi everyone, my fiancé just sent me her g325a form and it will take me about three weeks to recieve. I notice that the g325a form has expiration of end of February, that will Obviouslly be before it gets fully reviewed? Therefore what should I do?

Don't worry about it. As long as the form she signed is the most recent form available from the USCIS website, there should be no issues. Worst case is that they ask you for more information later in the process.

If you file it before the end of February, no problem. If you file it afterwards, bear in mind that many if not most recent prior versions of USCIS forms will still be accepted for some time after they technically "expire."

The edition date is what matters. Using a form past the 'expiration date' at the top does not mean the form is no longer accepted. For the G-325A, this is what it says on the USCIS site>

Edition Date

02/07/13. Previous editions accepted.

The form hasn't changed since 2009. The expiration date is for the USCIS. That is the date they are expected to put out a new form edition. The form will not necessarily change with a new edition either. As I said, it hasn't changed since 2009, and even the form versions before then are still ok to use. No need to worry or rush to do something before Feb.
