I just finished filling out the visa form DS-260 for both of my parents and it said please allow 30 days for the NVC to review your application. the question is when do I send the civil documents and the affidavit? can I send them to nvc while they are processing the ds-260? and do I send them in one package, affidavit with civil documents? and once I send them in do I wait another 30 days?

I would appreciate the help.

They will notify you with a list via email when they are ready for you to send them. Good luck

If you already paid the AOS and IV fees then you can send the AOS and IV packages. Don't forget to attach the corresponding coversheet for each.

Send the by email make sure to scan front and back of each document. You will need to translate all documents that are not issued in English. After you email the docs, it will take NVC about 60 days to review.
