Waiting on NOA2?

Hopefully this goes fast, is there anyone with the same time line as me waiting on TSC?

Your case moving abit slow....filed 1-130 petition January 5, to USICS and got approved February 11th with PD Feb 5th

Case transferred to NVC who confirms March 2nd. Paid fee and receive AOS notification invoice April 5th, paid fee and filled DS260 form April 20 and send scanned docs. Got my case complete letter May 5th, though received hard copy 7 days after approval date.

No news from them about appointment date, but still waiting.

I think you should keep calling them a go much more faster. That's what we re doing.

Hi Guys. Please we need your advice. We just got our RFE and they requested we send them a copy of our Original Marriage License. So we were wondering if we should add an additional evidence or should we just send them what they had requested. My husband thinks its ideal to just send them what they need. And i told him since we didnt send any evidence from the very beginning, isn't it better to add some stuffs in with the RFE. Please we just need your advice. Thank you.

Send what they asked for! If they needed more evidence they would have asked for it!
