January 2015 K1 Visa Petition Filers

This is why there are TCS specific forums. However, suggesting we compare our cases to yours is ridiculous. Why??? We compare to the similar cases, which is only natural.

If all the cases around you were getting approved (no matter 2 weeks or 2 years from NOA1), you would be getting worried regardless.

In that case there should be CSC specific forum no? This is the January K1 filers, I am a January k1 filer. So I can easily comment in this forum. I'm sure you will see your approval soon enough.

Maybe to save problems, there should constantly be a CSC filer thread and a TSC filer thread.

you can definitely comment, I just can't imagine why would you stay somewhere if it angers you so much. Plus, the point is to go together through the process to discuss SIMILAR issues. I can go to February 2015 forum and ruin my mood because those filed weeks after me already approved- but what would be the point to me?

I am actually moving away to that forum for those very reasons- to be around people with similar problems (not approved yet) vs getting angry at those approved fast.

Nobody prevents you from staying here, but you can't about my feelings just because your SC sucks

bublik,

Actually I thought we were totally easy. None of us were married before, no kids, no name change unconspicuous country. Maybe older than average (45/51). And not a lot of proof we met - just one photograph for each visit (October, New Year's), my boarding passes, passport copy and credit card overview.

The only thing I can think of is that my F. wasn't born US citizen - he was naturalized at age 3. But since he was born in Canada and adopted, I wouldn't think that could alarm anybody.

I am more likely to think whoever had us on his pile came down with the flu, and there we were.

On the other hand, our NOA1 also took a few days more to arrive than that of other people.

Wow Yay! Congratulations!!!

I just got a letter from the Consulate in Juarez today! It says our case is all ready to go!

I am flying down to Guadalajara in the morning to complete the DS-160 and schedule the medical and the interview with her!!

Things are moving so quickly I am both excited and nervous!

And our case is still untouched from Feb 4, no indication of any life in USCIS... I can't help but starting to be worried... I wish we had RFE or something...

You will get approval or RFE soon. We had NOA1 on Jan 15 and RFE on Feb 26 (42 days wait). We were busy planning other things and did not check our status. It's nice to know it's moving.

We are January filer. Got RFE on Feb 26 requesting evidence from me (beneficiary) that I plan to marry within 90 days of admission to the US. Further in the letter clarified that the evidence may be a statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly establishes the intent to marry. Sending my statement today and fingers crossed!
