I called USCIS and the recording said my case was transferred to St. Albans! What is going on?! Thats where I sent the papers in the first place! So they transferred the stuff to the same place?! How does that work!?!?!?

I don't know whats going on be it's really disrespectful. They are treating us like we are nothing and then they expect us to a productive members of society.. How exactly if they don't give us our papers?!!?!? which we deserve!!!

OK, so I received the notice in the mail and it says that the case has been transferred to the CSC. It reads that the case was transferred because that office has jurisdiction over this case. It does not say anything else

The phone recording was also telling me that my case was transferred to Saint Albans

OK so its safe to assume I'm in the same predicament.. I hope thats a good thing.. I'm going to check my mail now. Thanks Sammy!

It is never too late for an RFE, they can send you one anytime, but that doesn't mean you will necessarily get one only because you waited longer

An RFE is not sent out until your case is touched/processed by an officer.

So when it is your turn for an officer to look at the case, at that time they will decide if an RFE is needed or not.

Nobody got the transfer letter yet? I'm January filler... I haven't hear a damn thing. Since my BIO on March 9th, till now August 17 than they transferred my case to my local office... I filled in VSC. Thanks in advance for any help provide.

I received the transfer notice in mail last Saturday. Transferred to CSC, which is not my local office. Hope this helps.

but does they explained in the letter why was transferred?? Or it just said was transferred to CSC?
