Hello Everybody,

i have a question for you all..

i am about to attend my citizenship interview hopefully i will pass..

my question is

after i become naturalized citizen, can i apply for K1 visa for my fiancé right away? is there any grace period? i don't see anything about timeline after naturalization but i wanted to ask

As soon as you have your Naturalization Certificate or US passport on-hand then you can file i129f for your fiancé.
