No. You need an AP or the green card to re-enter the US.

Your K1 visa is already void. Your spouse can file an i-130 on your behalf so you will get an immigrant visa and use that to re-enter the US. Spousal visa application can take more or less a year to complete.

Im here is the US with k1 visa and got marreide..My question is if I go back home without not filling adjustment of status can I come back in US again..Need advice..TIA

If you leave before filing for Adjustment of Status, and at least get your Advance Parole card, you will not be allowed entry into the USA on your return. You can usually get the Advance Parole card 60-90 days after filing AOS, why not delay leaving for a short time.

Leaving now without either the AP or GC mean a do over, which would be filing for the spousal visa.

Thanks for the reponse guys I really appreciate it..Now Im sure that a Im allow to come back with spousal visa..Cuz I though I cant file any visa again to come back

Yes you can file the I-130 petition for the spousal visa... no issue doing that.
