when to call NVC??

Hi merry CHRISTMAS everyone I was approved last dec22 when will I call nvc to get my case number so my fiancee will schedule her medical and interview? Thanks a lot

after your appoval wait for 10 business days and you can start calling NVC for your case number...

nvc contact number:

(603) 334-0700

you can call them Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. EST to 12:00 midnight EST.

if you got the case number which started MNL followed by 10 digit numbers..you can check it at:

ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

click immigrant and enter the case number..

then you can start paying ur visa fee at Bank of Philippine Islands..bring your mrv together with your passport and money...

wait for 4-6hrs to validate your receipt... you can schedule your interview over here:

once you are already schedule you can register online for your medical

It can take a few weeks for USCIS to get the case file to NVC.

I think you typically should wait 2-3 weeks before calling.

My case was sent to NVC Dec 17th, I will start calling 2nd week on Jan.

my fiance haven't got the nvc letter up until now were approved Nov,18th. he just called nvc, after getting MNL case # I started scheduling my medical and paid my visa fee at the bank and set an appointment

I waited exactly 30 days as they request and I called on the 30 day and they said it was mailed to the Embassy the day before. They gave me all of the numbers I needed and were very helpful.
