I need help guys, I received a checklist for my birth certificate,but I already send my civil documents on july 2014, but the operator told me they didn't have my birth certificate so my question is do you think it could be fake checklist I need help plz

there is nothing like fake checklist if you have received an official correspondence from NVC .

Its their mistake that they have misplaced the document. That's it. So send them the requested document ASAP 'coz they will take 60 days for review. (We are yet at USCIS stage and have not reached NVC. I am replying you by the knowledge that i have acquired from the forum after observing many threads similar to yours)
