wondering about k3 filing

my fiance and I are discussing whether or not to get married in her country and then apply for a k3 visa, but we cannot find information on if we can apply for it while I'm outside the US living in her country.

K3 is pretty much not available anymore. She'd need a cr1 visa. It takes about a year. You'd have to be in the USA while she is in her country unless they have direct consular filing.

K-3 visa are pretty much obsolete. the visa you can do will be the K-1 fiancé visa once approved she can come to the states and you will have 90 days to get married.

you can do the CR/IR-1 spousal visa. You go to her country get married you come back to the states file petition

you can also do DCF filing you go to her country get married file petition at the embassy in her country, but you must be a residence for at least 6 months and you will have to meet income requirement using USA income
