I appreciate that, I will definitely do that. Everyone receives a new alien registration number, right, because it's in relation to the beneficiary?

So the ARN is just for the beneficiary. USC (petitioner) will not receive one. If your fiancé has never had a US visa, then he will receive an ARN. If he had a visa, then it would be the same ARN.

Our story!

04/29/14: Met on a Mediterranean Cruise on the MSC Armonia

04/30/14 to 05/08/14: Traveled together on the cruise - Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia
09/06/14 to 09/14/14: Visited Morocco - Casablanca, Marrakech, and Essaouira

02/11/15 to 02/17/15: Planned trip back to Morocco!

Our Immigration Story!

Service Center: Texas Service Center

Consulate: Casablanca, Morocco

10/31/14: I-129F submitted
11/03/14: I-129F received

11/05/14: I-129F NOA1 Notice Date

11/07/14: Alien Registration Number changed
11/13/14: I-129F NOA1 received in mail

So will that information be sent to his e-mail that I provided on the electronic document form with my initial submission? Or will I receive a copy of that transcript as well? When I received NOA1 (hardcopy), that field in the receipt was still blank.

Sorry to inundate you with questions, some of this stuff is confusing because there's so much and waiting for something to pop out of thin air kind of wares on my already non-existent patience, haha. :)

Be careful with this. This does not apply to each embassy/consulate. For example, Morocco will only accept police certificates that are within 3 months of the interview date. Please make sure to check the requirements of your beneficiary's embassy.

The number will be on your NOA2 which the petitioner receives. I randomly called the automated hotline in December and was told that the last action was the ARN # changed. It will not tell you the number, though.

Yeah i checked the regional forum/embassy info page on VJ and everyone said Malaysia accepts the certificicate up to 1 year. But yeah some may not even require the police reports or have date restrictions. So definitely check the embassy info pages.

It's ok, you're not a bother :) You won't have the ARN until your NOA2. I believe it is provided only on the hard copy NOA2, not the email or text messages (if you chose to receive these). The ARN field is also blank on my NOA1.

Seeing that your beneficiary is from the UK and you're assigned to the CSC, you'll probably have your fiancé here before mine comes :) One day I might just be asking you questions!

Thank you, I guess the main reason I was confused is because in your signature it says your ARN was changed between your electronic and hardcopy NOA1.

I will be more than happy to assist you if you ever have questions. x

I also sent you a friend request on here.

We submitted the petition for k1 visa but we haven't got any notification about it....is it a must to receive Notification 1 and Notifications 2??

When did you submit the 129F? Did you include a G-1145 form that tells them to text and email you when they receive it? I mailed my 129F on 12/15 and received the text/email on 12/22. Hard copy arrived 12/27. They gave me about a month before I should call them to report that I didn't receive my hard copy NOA1. If it's been longer than a month, this is the number they gave me: 800-375-5283 .

Hello there December filer (I am the beneficiary) as well.

NOA-1 26th of December, Texas Service Center. Preparing for a long wait. NOA-1 electronic notification and hardcopy were fast through (mailed on 23rd of December).

It is what it is. Only thing confusing me is that a lot of people seem to get ARN within a few days of NOA-1 and we haven't. Oh well, time will tell. It has only been 15 days after all.

Wow! Congrats to all the CSC filers who got approved in less than 3 weeks! Incredible. I guess I wills till be hanging out here in May/June.

I might just be a little jealous but it rocks for you guys. We are stuck at TSC - that's what you get for wanting to marry someone from the East Coast haha!

Fingers crossed TSC will finally get up to speed. Or maybe it helps that I have foolproofed our application as much as possible. One can only hope.

Though I see in other threads that June Filers are still waiting.... :clock:

Hoping my October/November 2015 moving date will be doable...
