I turned my I-129F in Oct 12th to the CSC and I still haven't got any word on the NOA2. :crying: I know that several other people on the site that have turned their papers in after me have already recieved their approval :angry: . I just need to know what is going on and if anybody knows any other information as to what is taking so long and why I haven't recieved any news.

Every case is different. You cannot compare your timeline to others. More than 3 months is not at all unusual and you don't have anything to worry about. Try to sit tight and relax. If you have not heard anything in six months, THEN you can contact USCIS. For now, your wait is pretty much average and normal.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

02/28/07 touched!

02/28/07 NOA2 via email 3 of them!!!!

03/01/07 touched

03/09/07 NOA2 received via snail mail

03/20/07 Received email from Sydney that packet 3 should be mailed out tomorrow

03/26/07 Fiance received packet 3

4/26/07 Fiance medical appointment

5/01/07 New date of medical appointment

5/14/07 Fiance interview date!

VISA APPROVED!

6/8/07 My fiance arrives in America

7/14/07 Wedding day!

I was sooooooooo doing the same thing you are right now. I was feeling like I was one of the last October filers left. Everyone kept saying, "You will probably get it tonight." but I had this gut feeling telling me I wouldn't. My plan was to attempt to call this past Monday, despite their warning to wait, but when Monday came I felt surprisinly calm and not at all irritated. Sure enough, Monday night I received 6 e-mails saying we were approved. I know it isn't easy, but we're here for support.

Hope it comes quickly!

We leave England for a stateside Christmas December 17, 2006

Karl goes back to the UK January 7, 2007

I know I got a couple of touches and an RFE, but still, I'm another mid-Oct filer without an NOA2 - we are two of the last. Nothing much we can do but wait and wait. And, grumble, moan, groan, receive encouraging support from other VJ-ers, and hopefully get the NOA ASAP.

It takes less or more time in each case, no case is the same, no processing is the same, there are various adjudicators working at different speeds. So all you can do is patiently wait.

Be glad you didn't file 2 years ago when the wait time for CSC was an average of 150 days!!

Hang in there...USCIS and the immigration process is one of the best teachers of patience - will be like that for a while

4 January 2005 - Submitted applications for AOS and EAD - 12 May 2005 Conditional Permanent Residency Approved - interview in Santa Ana

4 June 2005 CPR 2-year Green Card arrives in mail

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS - 3½ MONTHS

8 May 2007 - I-751 sent to CSC - 23 August 2007 - Approved - Card production ordered
