Visa showed issued on 12/8 BUT still no updates on DHL tracking to pick it up. Yet others approved at the same time and after all have been able to pick up their visa. No one has any answers…:crying::crying:

Omg..is it right?! After the scan date of Oct 20 NVC simply stopped?! O.o

Come onnnnnnnnnnn

Seems like it....it's so depressing! Seriously I thought I would wake up today to an N/A on CEAC website, and nothing yet. I really hope we hear something by end of day (for me it's 9:20 a.m.). I really hope they get a move on the CCs today before the weekend starts.

I know and this puts the interview on hold as well. I read on this thread or the other one that NVC will start scheduling a second round next week so I need CC by mMondayto get in i think. It would be best if my husband and i can get a January interview since he starts school again at end of January and would have to miss almost an entire week (limited flights, etc.). If we can go in January instead of February, it would be best you know. I really hope we get it by Monday or over the weekend.

I hope so too for our sake! To be completely honest with you though, I don't believe 100% that there will be a second round of interviews... I really really really hope I'm wrong and I would be lying if I said I didn't hold hopes for a January interview :) but I think I've heard this rumor about a second round of scheduling a few times before and NVC is random at best. For now I'm trying not to worry too much about it and "just" settling for a CC. ;)

AFS/AMM got CC woohoo! By the way, NVC changed his scan date to 10/24 from 10/09. So wrong.

I have a feeling that we will get a wave of them over the weekend - it's what has happened the past few Fridays I've seen. Dead and then Saturday hits and we see about 3-5 CC's over the weekend from the delay on the computer. Really hope I'm right (although I hope I'm wrong and someone gets it today! Eeek!)

AFS/AMM received CC today. Scan date was 10/09 i believe and NVC changed it to 10/24. Called in and found out about CC, which is great news.

Oh….this process never ends does it….

sorry for the late reply, i saw your message and thanks. I am just taking a break from it all, i was really depressed. Now that I am in administrative processing after my interview due to my science degree which can last anywhere from 3 weeks to a year :clock: , i am actually thinking more and more not to go to usa. I am thinking of staying in canada and get my spouse here  . I have an amazing job, good house, and yes there is snow, but then there is south america and the Caribbean to visit. :goofy:

I sincerely hope you can get to USA soon with your spouse. Fingers crossed. :goofy: I read that your paperwork was stuck at NVC. They really need to get their act together. I will pray for you.

Yeah my brother isn't helping me out he said that would be wrong and u would never find exact page quality with exact ink print. So it would be a much better option to white it out according to him. And since Nvc said it's ok I don't think it will be problem inshAllah. But still let's see what saylin says. Uptil then I will continue my printer hunt lol

I swear NVC almost gave me a heart attack LOL . . . i just hung up with them (nothing new) but the guy said my case was sent to a supervisor for review b/c the IV Fee didn't show as paid. I was like "Yes i paid it like 2 months ago!" and then he magically found it. He was kind of "nice rude" lol (can't remember his name) . . . anyway he said that no the case had not been sent to a supervisor for review b/c there is nothing for the supervisor to review and that i should have a result soon.

In the end I just asked, so my case is just being processed normally since my documents have not been reviewed yet right? He said yes. Wait for a result shortly.

I ended up more confused than ever and freaked out thinking i did something wrong and a checklist was coming! Horrible feeling.....I hope I get a CC and not a checklist.

That's my status of the day. Hope we get more CCs today.

Wow that's kind of scary! I'm almost tempted to call now. The other person doing EP (imse82?) also got CC! Awesome news that they're working, but I fear this means they're catching up with email and not working on regular mail. :( Hoping for the best!!!

NVC is without a doubt the main bottleneck in the application process. It is sad that those who do it the right way are delayed, yet those who come to America illegally get executive order speeches and action. God is still on the throne

I saw a bit about this in the interview thread - I'm sorry about what happened and I understand it must be really upsetting. If you don't mind, though, could you share what they said (or gave to you) exactly? I would like to understand the reasoning behind AP specifically for a science degree? I'm STEM too.

Omg..is it right?! After the scan date of Oct 20 NVC simply stopped?! O.o

Come onnnnnnnnnnn

Seems that way, I have been calling in the morning and at night and nothing all they say is it will take the full 60 days and if do we will miss this next interviews scheduling. :( Par for the course.

Visa showed issued on 12/8 BUT still no updates on DHL tracking to pick it up. Yet others approved at the same time and after all have been able to pick up their visa. No one has any answers…:crying::crying:

I'm so sorry about this, you can't call DHL and ask what is going on with your Visa? Can you go to DHL's office better to go in person than call I always say. I'll be praying you get your visa soon.

Seriously! I know this is dumb but every time I log into the CEAC site I feel like it's never gonna happen  come on... two more days...

Exactly how I feel and I'm starting to get really depressed again. :( Just wish I could sleep day and night.

Eeek!)

God willing Mofatsd, God willing. :( I want to feel happy again.
