I know, first time in history a department of the government seems to not want our money! Please let us know your progress.

Hello...I've emailed too many times to count...i've called, i've visited the embassy....it's always the same standard response.... "we are unable to predict when the additional administrative processing will be complete...." I'm here to tell you this is a normal part of the process. Now is a test of your patience....today is day 181...of our waiting in AP. For some reason they have to do this...we just have to wait, there's nothing you can do to expedite the process. It is hard waiting, but it's a reality. Blessings with everyone's case who is in AP...I wish all of us can get our visa status to "ISSUED" before Christmas!

I'm so very sorry sweet heart as I have said it's what I fear the most in this process. I am praying this ends soon for you and EOC and you all can come home soon. Try not to put a time line on when it seems it makes it worse. As long as you get out of AP and a Visa it's a blessing.

Hubby had his medical on 12/4/14! He said that he had to travel to a different center for each test. He has his results and will take it the medical examiner in the morning. He said that everything went well.

Please keep us in prayer...

How wonderful that is out of the way and yes you are in our prayers. Please remind us if you can the day before the interview to say an extra prayer for a smooth interview.

Hi everyone hope everyone is well. I don't know if am at the right place, but I need help. My case is now with nvc since May, in October they requested for my police certificate again because for some reason we didn't have it. Will I send it to them again, and I call them and they said they received it on the 30th of October. Please does anyone know if am going to be in line again and wait again for 60 days. My pd is 30th December and is ir1. Please any advice will be nice.

I'm so sorry about this and I'm sad to say yes you go to the back of the line and wait the 60 days from the day NVC received your document. They are saying it's taking around 50 days but on never knows. God wiling nothing else is needed and in 50 days or so you will get your CC.

Also it will be easier to help you if you fill out your Timeline and it will also help others also.

I'm praying all will be well during and after the interview. I'm know I'm going to be very nervous more so because I wont be able to be there unless I win the lotto. But God willing I will be able to go to my husband to be with him at POE if that ever happens. I haven't seen my husband in over a year and unbearable and tomorrow for me, today in Egypt it's my husband Birthday. Wish I was there because I know he will just work and do nothing special.

Argh so over this waiting!!! And not knowing if it will be a CC or checklist. This is so unfair to US citizens! All we want is to be home with our spouses!

My scan date was Oct 24 (received 2 emails), and then another one for Oct 27 (no idea why I had one on this date?!?). Getting very close to my 60 days and would think we would nearly be done, but have no idea. I will be so sad if we get a checklist and have to start the 60 days all over. What are they doing to get through the information? Anything else to speed things up? This is seriously unfair and ridicuolous! I want to see movement!

WOW your I-130 was approved in 16 day WOW your the winner, only one other I saw almost as fast with approval in 17 days, I'm just sitting her amazed it took me over a year to have our I-130 approved. Congratulations on that and I'm sure you will get your CC very soon. You can only imagine how tired we are of waiting for a CC the we have to look forward to waiting for the interview then most likely AP. I had my interview today. They lost our joint sponsor's documents. I m soooo pissed off I can't explain it. They kept my passport and said we will issue u the visa in a week or two max after we get the AOS form and transcript from the sponsor. Nvc lost it and we have to pay the price. It's just ridiculous really. They hardly asked me anything at the interview though. Just two qs that was it arranged marriage or love. And have u traveled outside Pakistan before. The lady was v polite though. So I don't have anything bad to say about Islamabad embassy. But Nvc sucks big time!

Yes, that part was very fast. I thought it would take 6-8 months! Now this part is terrible I just want to come home with my husband. We have been together nearly ten years so it isn't as if the relationship needs verifying. An we have never claimed benefits in Australia, we have always worked and will do that in usa. It isn't that hard to hurry up and approve this all!

They didn't give it to me yet but yeah they said we just need that AOS and we will issue in a week max. I can't hand deliver it. We have to courier it. I m flying back to my city now. Husband will mail me the AOS to my house and I will courier Islamabad. So I guess it will be a week till they get it and another to approve it inshAllah. Sad part is we are losing money in this for no reason. It's their fault.

Oh I understand and it's heart wrenching to be away from someone you love so much even for a week and I pray honestly that you get this all done with very soon. They seem to be going faster and we just may all be in time. Seems there is another what typhoon or what ever in the Philippines so that means everyone will be put behind those with files going to the Philippine Embassy, hate me but I fine it very wrong they get to be put ahead of everyone. Sorry but it's not life or death for most if not everyone.

No worries now, we will be fine it's the others behind us way behind us that are going to get screwed.

I know but you said it, it could have been AP and all you need is the AOS and you get your Visa. Could have been so much worse.
