The reason I said that Cd Juarez, Mexico is scheduling because yesterday I check status on this link.

Yesterday it said case was still a NVC.

9am today it said to follow letter instructions. So I am guessing they have dates already.

after 40 tries i am on line waiting for 30 minutes.

Interview letter states bring an updated one.. if there is no change.. just get the same I-864 with signature (not photocopy)... also which state did you get the PCC.. for southerns they usually give 2 original copies... you don't even have a photocopy of the original ?

I have a photocopy - so that should be good rite? And i need to ask my husband to sign the i864 and send one copy to me?

so finally i talked to NVC after 33 minutes on hold. She tells me the case is complete 12-1-14 but no interview schedule yet. I was guessing that they had because of the change on status. She said as soon as they have it they would email me.

Sorry. Forgot what country I was posting this to. Only a hand full of countries use this for Immigration Visa's. All us for Non-Immigration. It does not apply to Nigeria. Nothing to register.

After 80 some tries and not a very long hold got my INTERVIEW schedule..... JANUARY 26th at 11am..... Omg I'm still in disbelieve I haven't even call my hubby.. He is going to freak out!! Yay!!! Awesome Valentines present <3 Rep told me it could be a couple weeks before getting the official letter from them, does that sound ok?

Hi everyone

Sitting at Sydney airport waiting for flight back home so thought I would post with the past 24 hours news.

After receiving email from Consulate last Wednesday saying they had rescheduled interview but giving me my current date of 23rd December I didn't hear back from the until 8.30 am on Monday, yesterday. Guess when the interview was. 10.45 am today. I flew into action. Didn't go to work, booked flights, hotels, babysitters and ran to Post Office to get my 3kgs Express envelope. Two hours later I was at the airport.

Hotel in Sydney CBD upgraded me to a penthouse apartment and after a sleepless night I was at the Consulate by 10.15 am.

Didn't really have to e to get nervous. It all went so quickly. End result

APPROVED!!!!!

On my way home now to my children.

Will catch up on everybody's posts tomorrow.

Hi all

What a week. One days notice for interview and then two days later Visa is in my hand. It is over. Thank you Sydney.

Words cannot express my thanks to all my Visa Journey friends. You have all been amazing. Whilst I may be finished with it all my thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you. Let's not get complacent just because I am done. A few weeks ago I was in your position.

Thank you dwheels for your constant support and advice - you truly are an amazing individual.

I will check back here to see how you are all going but for the next few days I need to concentrate on the million and one things I need to do to get myself, two children and two dogs ready to leave Australia in 13 days. Couldn't risk anything happening to the boys, a Elvis and Casper so we are using a professional animal transportation firm. The kids and I - well we can just rough it!!

Interview scheduled for Jan 20 @ 7.30 A.M. US Consulate Mumbai, India.

Interview scheduled by NVC on Dec 3.

Case Completed on Nov 17.

Finally after a wait of 2+ months, case complete in Sept 18, I got interview scheduled yesterday to January 26.

For those who are still waiting for the date, keep holding, it will come, cheers!
